Returning Customers

Please click on the member account button located on the top right corner of our official website. If you chose to log in with Facebook during your first login, please select Facebook login again. The same applies to other login methods; to ensure the proper accumulation of member points and maintain your membership level, please use the same login method consistently.

Order Confirmation

After clicking the bright green "Place Order"  立即下單  button on the checkout page, your order will be confirmed, and you will receive an email to your registered inbox containing the order number and order details. If you do not receive the email, you can contact us through the gray-blue live chat box located at the bottom right corner of our official website.

Once your payment is successfully completed, we will initiate the preparation and packaging process for shipment. If payment is not completed within three days, we will cancel the order on your behalf.

→ Access the payment button.

Tracking Your Order

→ Click on the "My Account" button in the top right corner of our website.

→ Go to "Order History" and select the order number you wish to track.

→ You will be able to view the tracking number of your order.

→ Fill in your tracking number at ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING | 17TRACK and view the package situation.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can make changes to or cancel your order before it is packed and shipped. Please contact our customer service team to request modifications or cancellations. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will reach out to you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Please be aware that both refunding to credit cards and PayPal refunds may incur additional transaction fees imposed by the platform or credit card companies. International payment processing can be complex, and these fees are unavoidable risks.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before the package is shipped. Please contact customer service to make the changes. If there are any additional fees due to the address change, we will kindly ask you to cover the difference.

Please note that the reduced shipping fees resulting from the address change are usually less than the refund processing fees. Therefore, if there are any shipping fee reductions due to the address change, we will not process any refunds.

What should I do if there is an issue with my package?

If you suspect any issues with your package, please contact our customer service as well as your local shipping carrier. In most cases, contacting the local shipping carrier will result in a faster resolution compared to contacting our customer service in Taiwan.
